Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner alleges that patta for the petition mentioned property was wrongly issued in favour one Noor Mohammed. The petitioner wants patta to be issued in her name. In this regard, the petitioner has given an application dated 14.01.2024. The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that the said Noor Mohammed will have to be issued with notice. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
