ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) The petitioner has sought production of Nancy, Daughter of Rajendran, aged 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Father of the detenue, upon being informed by the second respondent police, has caused the presence of the detenue. She informs that she is neither married to the petitioner nor she is in illegal confinement at her parental home. She informs her intent to continue to reside with her parents. 3.In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
