It is a petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 02.07.2016 and investigate the same and file a final report.

petitioner, FIR has been registered on 28.07.2016 in Crime No.375 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 324 IPC.
