PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the entire records 1/5
pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent vide his proceedings in R.O.C. No. 120 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.SRIMATHY, J.) This writ petition is filed challenging the constitution of Ad-hoc Committee for smooth functioning of Bhoothapandy Bar Association. 2.This Court during the earlier round of hearing, appointed Mr.V.Nagarajan, learned counsel as an Advocate Commissioner and Mr.S.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel to assist the Advocate Commissioner to conduct election.
3.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Advocate Commissioner submitted that the election has been conducted peacefully and the Officer Bearers have taken their charge. 2/5
4.This Court earlier granted an order of interim injunction restraining some of the Advocates from entering into the bar. Since the election has been conducted peacefully, the said interim order is hereby vacated. The newly elected body shall run the bar in accordance with law. If there is any other disputes regarding the administration of the bar, the parties shall redress the same before the competent civil Court.
6.Towards additional remuneration, the Advocate Commissioner shall be paid with a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) and the learned Counsel, who assisted the Advocate Commissioner shall also be paid with a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only).
