PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent dated 13.01.2026 made in I.A. No.31/2025 in O.A.No.11/2007 (O.A.No.24/2024), Quash the same, as the same is arbitrary, contrary to the established principles of law, and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to decide the I.A.No.31/2025 afresh.
