ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an F.I.R and initiate necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner, dated 18.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner has given a subsequent representation to transfer the case.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
