Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent herein to implement the proceedings made in 1/3

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the fourth respondent herein to implement the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.459/2015, dated 22.03.2016. 2.The petitioner owned a property comprised in S.F.Nos.300/6 and 300/7 under patta No.111, situated at Trichy road, Srirangam Taluk, Adhavathur (East) Village in Trichy District. When the petitioner applied for chitta from the Revenue Department, he came to understand that in the revenue records, the seventh respondent's name has been illegally inducted in respect of the said property. Thereafter, the respondent 7 to 9 have created fraudulent deeds and the same has been registered in Document Nos.5533 of 2009 and 594 of 2013. Therefore, the petitioner lodged complaint before the third respondent to annul the said documents.

3.Thereafter, the third respondent passed an order in Na.Ka.No.459/2015, dated 22.03.2016, thereby, directed the fourth respondent to register a case as against the respondents 7 to 9 and take appropriate action. However, the fourth respondent did not take any action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. 4.Considering the above, the fourth respondent is directed to forward the order made by the third respondent, dated 22.03.2016 before the fifth respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On receipt of the same, the fifth respondent is directed to register a case as against the respondents 7 to 9 herein and proceed further in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
