Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 447, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.49 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 27.02.2020. There is no change in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD) No.4600 of 2020 circumstances. The criminal original petition stands dismissed. The only course open to the petitioner is surrender and apply for regular trial. The petitioner cannot vex this Court by filling successive petitions for anticipatory bail.
