Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.VIDHYA SAGAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.991of 2021 , dated 09.02.2021.

2.The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 09.02.2021 with a condition to draw a demand draft in favour of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2403 of 2021 Dean, Government Hospital, Ramanathapuram for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner though on two occasions sought time to deposit the said amount, he has not complied with the conditions.
