ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Kamaraj, the second respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Kamaraj against the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed; and the second respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

5.In view of the fact that the petition filed against the petitioner has been enquired and closed, there is no scope for further harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
