Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation before the respondent. On receipt thereof, the respondent shall dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other.
