ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.10.2017.

2.Heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced before this Court, the closure report, wherein the Sub-Inspector of Police, Narikudi Police Station, Virudhunagar District, stated that they have conducted an enquiry and found that the incident is nothing beyond a wordy quarrel and that nothing had happened, as it was alleged by petitioner. 4.As a result, the Criminal Original Petition is closed accordingly.
