ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to register the First Information Report on the basis of the complaints, dated 18.04.2015 and 21.04.2015 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 441 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and also under Section 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Act and consequently, direct the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ first respondent to supervise the investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
