This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the Impugned Charge Sheet in C.C.No.19 of 2014 pending on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Sivagangai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai to dispose of C.C.No.19 of 2014, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Considering the submission made, personal appearance of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required.
