Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 and 2 herein to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondent No.3 and 4 on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 13.03.2022 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law For Petitioner : M/s.P.Pandi Rani For Respondents: Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.1 and 2 herein to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondent No.3 and 4 on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 13.03.2022 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondents on 13.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No.4799 of 2022 respondents 3 and 4 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
