When the Criminal Original Petition was listed on 11.06.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for orders. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry and therefore, the further action in the complaint was dropped and accordingly, the complaint was closed. 2.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
