ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 342 and 302 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.167 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that this is the second anticipatory bail application. The first anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18397 of 2014 on 17.11.2014, by a well considered order. There is no change in fact situation in this case.

3. It is the case of the prosecution that these two petitioners herein along with A-1 and A-3 had caught hold of the defacto complainant and beaten her blue. After she had fallen, they have lighted a camphor on her forehead.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this was done to exorcise the evil spirit in the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Be that as it may, the manner in which the occurrence has taken place is so gruesome and hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
