ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to permit him to conduct the petition mentioned event on 27.03.2020.

3.The petitioner's counsel states that there is no rival claim. The petitioner had submitted a representation on 26.02.2020 to the second respondent.

4.The second respondent is directed to issue proceedings granting permission for holding the petition mentioned event. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions as regards timing and other norms.
