Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the proposed accused by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2021, since the respondent No.2 abused their power and try to escape the proposed accused persons from the clutches of law. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action against the proposed accused by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, he was given C.S.R.No.365 of 2021 and it is pending for enquiry. 3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and the third respondent, conduct the enquiry and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
