1 to 4, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC, in Crime No.126 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.10.2017, the fourth petitioner was doing the clean work in and around her house and she poured the wastage and dust particle near the defacto complainant's house, due to which, there was wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the defacto complainant and thereby, the defacto complainant fell down and sustained injuries. On complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioners before the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the state would submit that it is a petty case and there is no need to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for adjudication in this petitioner.
