This petition has been filed by the petitioner as the defacto complainant in Crime No.116 of 2013, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.116 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent and to file a fresh charge sheet. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.If the petitioner is of the view that further investigation is required in this case, he can very well approach the Court below under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C.
