ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.2341 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner gave a complaint as against certain individuals. Though the case was registered in Crime No.2341 of 2015 by the second respondent for the alleged offences under Sections 342, 294(b), 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., the petitioner states that there is no further investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Having regard to the facts stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. The second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.2341 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
