This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the Impugned Charge Sheet in C.C.No.72 of 2013 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3. In view of the submissions made, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the Learned Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli to dispose of C.C.No.72 of 2013, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Considering the submission made, personal appearance of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required.
