ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 not to lay any Tar road in the petitioner's agricultural land in S.No.439/1 in Devathur Village, Ottanchathram Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd and 4th respondents has received written instructions to the effect that they are not going to lay any road in S.No.439/1, which is a private patta land of the writ petitioner.
