This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for speedy disposal of the case in M.C.No.16 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the respondent herein, notice to him is dispensed with.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam, is directed to dispose of the case in M.C.No.16 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
