ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.227 of 2015, dated 11.10.2015 and to file final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner who is the defacto complainant has given a complaint against few individuals. Though the complaint was registered in Crime No.227 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 447, 294(b), 506(ii) and 379 of I.P.C, it is stated that there was no progress in the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the grievance of the petitioner and the facts

and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- "The respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.227 of 2015 and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
