PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint of the fourth respondent.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by the fourth respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the Official respondents Police submitted that on the complaint given by Rosemary, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear that the complaint has been closed, the respondents 1 to 3 shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
