ORDER
The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent herein.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is notan accused. It appears that he was only summoned for enquiry in order to identify the suspect. The petitioner appears to have extended his fullest co-operation. This Court makes it clear that the petitioner is not an accused and he will not be harassed. If this direction is breached, this Court will take a serious view of the matter.
3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is allowed.
