ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the false complaint of the third respondent.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has been called for only as a witness in the complaint registered in CSR No.132 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent police and the said complaint has already been closed on 25.06.2017. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before the Court.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in the petition for further adjudication. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
