ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 18.02.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner has made a complaint before the second respondent. But, considering the nature of the petitioner's complaint, the petitioner has to make his complaint to the first respondent / the Superintendent of Police, Kanyakumari, and on filing such complaint, the same shall be forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Cell, Kanyakumari District.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner undertakes to make his complaint before the first respondent.
