ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tenkasi, in Crl.M.P.No.439 of 2024, dated 29.11.2024, wherein the revision filed by the petitioner has been dismissed in the condone delay stage due to the non-appearance.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not present for two hearings, this Court is inclined to set aside the said order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The petitioner is directed to be cautious in future and co-operate for the expeditious disposal of the revision petition.
