This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent no to harass the petitioner and her family members in guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.
3. When the matter is taken up the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that no such complaint has been received from the petitioner and no case has been filed against the petitioner.
4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
