The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.132 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent, based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 31.03.2018 and 02.04.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that after investigation, the third respondent has closed the complaint as "Mistake of Fact" and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and referred charge sheet notice also served on the petitioner.
