3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the aforesaid criminal case was adjourned from time to time without disposing the aforesaid criminal case.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi is

directed to dispose of C.C.No.130 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
