O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to give police protection to the life and limp of the petitioner and his family members based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 25.04.2015.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that twice the petitioner and his family members have been assaulted by the known persons. Inspite of the fact that it has been brought to the knowledge of the respondents no action has been taken.

4.Considering the same, the respondent No.2 is directed to look into the petition dated 25.04.2015 and take appropriate action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
