This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to conclude the trial in connection with the case in C.C.No.269 of 2009 within time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the fact that the case is pending from 2009 onwards, the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.269 of 2009 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
