RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon in Crl.OP(MD) No.17152/2021 dt.16/2/2022 with regard to the deposit of amount and report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALWIN BALAN.P.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17152 of 2021, dated 16.02.2022 directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.

25,000/- to the credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai-9 (Account No.11720 10000 00070, IFSC Code: IOBA0001172) and also deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.152 of 2021 before the trial court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and also report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to financial crisis, they could not able to comply with the said condition as directed by this Court and hence, they seek modification of the said conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.4342 of 2022 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed and the petitioners are directed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, vide order dated 16.02.2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
