ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1st to 3rd to take action initiate the penal prosecution as against the 6th to 15th respondents for the registration of forged document bearing number 280 of 2024 dated 08.02.2024 registered at the 4th respondent office under the provision of Registration Act and to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to delete the encumbrance in respect of the petitioner's document 1142 of 2016 and consequently, to permit the petitioner to register the document in respect of the property in SF.No.618 with an extent of 1 Acre 42 Cents out of 1 Acre 63 Cents except the disputed extent 21 cents of Palani Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
