This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court (FTC) Kovilpatti to expedite the case in S.T.C.No.139 of 2022 and dispose the same within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (FTC), Kovilpatti, is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.139 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
