This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Inspector of Police, Pazhavoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District not to interfere into the civil subject matter in connection with the property in Survey No.406/1B Karungulam Village, Tirunelveli District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before the Court.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in the petition for further adjudication. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
