This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, without application of mind, in collusion with one Venkatachary and to ensure a decent and peaceful life to the petitioner with his family, taking into account of the petitioner's representation, dated 26.04.2015.
