It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case, charge sheet has been filed and the prayer sought for in this petition for quashing of FIR, therefore, has become infructuous. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also submitted that charge sheet is filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and yet to be taken on file.
