ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.235 of 2017 and to file a final report expeditiously within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.235 of 2017, for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 463, 468 and 471 IPC. It is stated that though the complaint was lodged on 20.02.2017, there was no further investigation and that therefore, in the interest of justice, the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the respondent police to complete the investigation.
3.Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal original petition is allowed and the respondent is directed to complete investigation and file a final report in Crime No.235 of 2017 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
