ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.292 of 2017 dated 30.05.2017within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the final report is likely to be filed within a short time, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions: 3.1.The first respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in Cr.No.292 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
