ORDER

In view of the order passed on 24.02.2023 in W.P. (MD) No. 3675 of 2023, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to seek the relief sought in the applications in O.A. No. 2 of 2018 and O.A. No. 20 of 2021 pending before the First Respondent and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
