ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that an order had already been passed in this regard. It has been stated that in view of the pendency of O.S.No.14 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Dindigul, it is not possible to pass any order on the application given by the private respondents. The copy of the order dated 10.01.2023 has been served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. No further order is required.
