This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in Crime No.833 of 2017 for the offence under Section 379 IPC. A copy of the FIR in Crime No.833 of 2017 has also been produced before the Court.
3.In view of the above submission, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.
