ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A), 406, 120 (B) IPC and Section 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.15 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the intervenor opposed the grant of anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners. The petitioners submitted that the first accused husband of the defacto complainant is working abroad as a mason and he has not earned much.

However, they undertook that the husband of the defacto complainant shall pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- per month to her. This liability shall commence from 01.06.2018 onwards. The defacto complainant shall furnish the bank details to the counsel for the petitioner who shall in turn indicate to the petitioners. This sum shall be deposited directly to the bank account of the defacto complainant every month before 10th. If the above said condition is breached, it will be open to the defacto complainant to take steps before this Court for cancellation of anticipatory bail.

3.The said undertaking is recorded. Subject to the above said condition, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 4.The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
