Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order of relaxation, to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated. 14.02.2022 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 3017 & 3094 of 2022 in respectively, on the file of this Hon`ble Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.3691 & 3692 of 2022 These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.3017 and 3094 of 2022, dated 14.02.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.

5.These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
