ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2017 and 10.10.2017. 2.Heard Mr.S.Madhavan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the first and second respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, produced before this Court, the statement of the petitioner himself, that was given to the second respondent on 13.11.2017, whereby, he has agreed to settle their dispute, regarding rendition account, amicably with the proposed accused. It is further stated in the letter that no further action is required on his complaint.

4.On the basis of the letter submitted by the petitioner himself, it appears that the second respondent has closed the complaint, after conducting the petition enquiry. Hence, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Criminal Original Petition is closed accordingly. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy, if he is so advised.
